At this level, you will learn the basics of building your body from the foundations to include core  strengthening & creating flexible muscles & supple joints.  You will also receive a simple, easy to follow workout plan that will help you burn fat, tone your muscles, build your cardio & lose inches. You will also receive a simple & effective nutrition plan that will accelerate your results. INVINCIBLE U 201

Welcome to Invincible U 201!  This is perfect for fitness enthusiasts looking for a new challenge and Invincible U 101 graduates. Here you will receive a workout plan that will challenge your body in new and greater ways. Welcome to Invincible U 301! This level is for fitness fanatics looking to level up or graduates of Level 201. At this level, your body will be challenged in every way with the intent to bring you to optimal fitness from the workouts to the nutrition plan; you will break your barriers & limitations of what you thought you could accomplish in a fitness journey. Each workout will cause you to become more conscious of your body's movement, putting a high demand on technical performance & creating an uncommonly strong & well defined body. Click below!

MPIRE KIDS FIT!

By popular demand we are offering both live & video fitness classes of all kinds for kids!  We offer kids strength, conditioning, & cardio classes to get them ready to perform their best at any sport! We have dance class workshops that offer a variety dance technique & choreography. We are now offering cheerleading classes where they learn cheers, dances, jumps, flexibility & stunting.  Classes are forming now!  Contact us by clicking below for more information & to inform us of your potential interests. PERSONAL TRAINING

Time to get personal! this option is perfect if you want a fitness and nutrition plan that is tailor made for you. Here, you have 4 options:

  1.  An in person consultation and a 30 day written program including a nutrition plan and video workouts

  2. A 30 day written program with follow along videos and Whatsapp coaching

  3. Face to Face in home training up to 3 times per week

  4. Live, online training for groups or individuals
